National Dialogue Convener, His Majesty King Mswati 111 is expected to grace the two day national engagement together with Social Issues Convener and CPTM Companion Her Majesty the Indlovukazi.
Theme;
The theme for this year’s dialogue is “Refocusing and adopting new Economic Recovery Strategies”. It will focus primarily on the fiscal challenges facing Swaziland today.
Topics;
The topics include;
1) THE FISCAL CHALLENGES IN PERSPECTIVE
-What is the country’s current fiscal position and the Fiscal Adjustment Roadmap (F.A.R)?
-What is the effect of the fiscal challenges on the private sector?
-What is the effect of the fiscal challenges on the consumer?
2) NATIONAL RESPONSES TO ECONOMIC CRISIS
-The Economic Recovery Strategy – What are the best possible interventions?
