Objectives
1. Responsible for arranging and keeping record of Cabinet business and conveying decisions made to appropriate authorities;
2. Provide advice on management systems, structures and organization of Ministries;
3. Review and monitor the overall performance of each Ministry in implementing Government policies and programmes;
4. To provide oversight to Principal Secretaries on the implementation of Government policies and programmes.
