ADVERTISEMENT FOR INVITATION TO TENDER
The Ministry of Information Communications & Technology invites sealed Tenders for the provision of the following ICT services:
1. Framework Contracts for the Supply / Leasing, Delivery and Commissioning of Photocopiers. Tender Reference 351 of 2025/2026
2. Pre-Qualification - Photocopier and Printer Maintenance Services for Government Ministries and Departments. Tender Reference 352 of 2025/2026
The Invitation to Tender document can be obtained from the Ministry of ICT, Inter-ministerial Complex, PS’s Office, Mbabane, ESWATINI for the price of E300 (three hundred Emalangeni), which against original receipt should be paid at any Revenue Office (payment is non-refundable) to account No. 431 1101 21132
Tenders must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, which must be marked as follows:
“The Secretary to ESWATINI Government Tender Board”, Treasury Building, Mhlambanyatsi Road, MBABANE”
Further the envelope must be marked with following information: Ministry of Information Communication & Technology’, ‘Tender No [Insert Relevant Tender Number OF 2025/2026], IF NOT, TENDER WILL BE REJECTED & RETURNED UNOPENNED. ‘Do not open before 09:00hrs on the 13 February, 2026.
One (1) original, three (3) copies and 1 Soft copy of filled tender documents are required for each submission. Mark clearly on the front page, which one is the original and which are the copies.
Tenders must be delivered to the offices of ESWATINI Government Tender Board, Treasury Building, Mhlambanyatsi Road, Mbabane, ESWATINI, before 09:00hrs on the 13 February, 2026 and deposited in the Treasury Tender Box.
Tenders received in time by the latest date and time for submission will be opened at the Treasury Building at 09:00hrs on the 13 February, 2026. Tenders not deposited in the Treasury Tender Box, as well as late, telegraphic, electronic and faxed tenders will not be considered. Tenderers may attend the opening procedure.
The documents specified in ‘’Instructions to Tenderers’’, includes the following and must accompany the tender document:
• A certified current copy of an official statement of the Directors, alternative directors, managers and auditors of the company (for ESWATINI firms: Form ‘J’);
• A certified current copy of an official statement of the annual summary of shares capital and shares (for ESWATINI firms: Form ‘C’);
• A valid Police clearance certificate for all directors, must be within three (3) months
• Original GENERAL Receipt for payment for the Tender Document.
• A certified copy of Certificate of Incorporation
• A certified copy of a current Trading Licence.
• A certified copy of Company Objectives (in case of a General Dealer Licence)
• An original of a valid Tax Clearance Certificate for Government Tenders,
• A certified copy of a valid Labour Compliance Certificate,
• A certified copy of a valid ENPF certificate of compliance,
• A copy of a VAT Certificate,
• Manufacturer’s authorization or authorized distributor’s letter
NB: For the Supply/leasing tender:
• Tenderer shall furnish, as part of the Tender, a Tender Security Original Insurance Bond or Bank Guarantee Security Bond Letter.
• Tender is divided into Lots and each company is allowed to bid for multiple Lots.
The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
