Objectives

I. Provide a sound regulatory framework for Government Public Finance management.

II. Maintain fiscal discipline by providing Government with an effective financial and fiscal legislative framework, financial advice.

III. Efficient and effective planning in the allocation of financial resources and presentation of annual budgets that respond to national policies and strategies, which are in line with the national priorities.

IV. Monitor the implementation of the budget and evaluate performance.
