Invitation to Tender for the Supply and Delivery of
Medical Supplies, Dressings and Sutures
Tender Reference No. 1 of 2025/2026
The Ministry of Health now invites sealed Tenders for the Supply and Delivery of Medical Supplies, Dressings and Sutures.
Tenders must be accompanied by an original copy of the General Receipt for E300 (three hundred) which should be paid at Eswatini Revenue Office. Account Number is 451-2101-21990. Tenders must be enclosed in a sealed envelope. The Outer envelope must be marked as follows:
“The Secretary to the Tender Board
Treasury Building
P.O. Box 38
MBABANE”
The Envelope must be clearly marked with the following words; “Ministry of Health, Tender No. 1 of 2025/2026 for Supply and delivery of Medical Supplies, Dressings and Sutures “Do not open before Friday the 7th February, 2025, 9.00 am”.
There will be a non-compulsory pre-tender meeting on 6th December 2024 at the New Central Medical Stores, Meeting Room at 9:00am.
Tenders must be delivered to the offices of Tender Board, Treasury Building, P. O. Box 38, Mbabane, Eswatini, by Friday the 7th February, 2025, 9.00 am and deposited in the Treasury Tender Box situated in the Treasury Building.
Tenders received in time by the date and time for submission will be opened at the Treasury Building immediately after 9.00 am on Friday 7th February, 2025. Late, telegraphic, electronic and faxed tenders will not be considered. Tenderers or their Representative may attend the opening procedure.
The documents specified in the Instructions to Tenderers including the copy of current original Tax Clearance Certificates for Government tender, Valid Trading Licence, Form J (current Shareholders), Form C (Annual Company Returns), Valid Labour Compliance Certificate (for National tenderers) or equivalent for foreign Tenders, a Police Clearance Certificate or an affidavit proving that the tenderer or any of its directors and officers have not been convicted, Certificate of Incorporation, Valid Eswatini National Provident Fund (ENPF) Employers Compliance Clearance Certification ( equivalent for foreign Tenderers), VAT Certificate, Manufacturer’s Authority and Tender Securing Declaration Form must be enclosed in an envelope and be attached to the tender.
