- Deploy staff within the Ministry and Missions abroad and manages the procedures for assessing performance.
- Organize and supervises the activities of the country’s diplomatic missions and consulates.
- Advises on human resources administration, and ensures compliance on policies and procedures on personnel issues (both locally and abroad).
- Ensure compliance with International Labour Laws to avoid litigation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of the Ministry’s strategic plan.
- Ensure timely preparation of departmental budgets in order to facilitate acquisition of financial resources.
- Communicate new administrative procedures and policies through the government communication channels.
